A businessman stepped into an elevator and was greeted by a cheerful blonde who said, “T-G-I-F.”
Smiling, he responded, “S-H-I-T.”
Puzzled, she repeated, “T-G-I-F,” emphasizing it slowly.
Once again, he replied, “S-H-I-T.”
Determined to clarify, she smiled and repeated, “T-G-I-F,” one more time.
The man countered, “S-H-I-T.”
Finally, she explained, “‘T-G-I-F’ stands for ‘Thank God, It’s Friday!’ Got it?”
He replied, “S-H-I-T stands for ‘Sorry, Honey, It’s Thursday.’”
Rise from the Ashes
Jason had always dreamed of becoming a professional athlete. Ever since he was a child, he trained every day, pushing himself beyond his limits. He believed that hard work and dedication would make him unstoppable.
But life had other plans.
At 19, Jason suffered a devastating injury in a car accident. The doctors told him he might never walk again, let alone run. His dreams shattered in an instant. Depression crept in, and for months, he refused to leave his room.
One day, Jason’s mother placed a mirror in front of him.
"Look at yourself. Is this who you want to be? Life didn’t end—your journey just changed. Get up!"
Something inside him awoke. He decided that if he couldn’t run, he would walk. If he couldn’t walk, he would crawl. No matter what, he would fight.
Months of painful therapy turned into years of determination and resilience. Against all odds, Jason took his first steps again. Then, he ran.
At 25, he competed in a paralympic race, proving that nothing—not pain, not fate, not even failure—could stop him. As he crossed the finish line, the crowd roared.
Jason had won.
Not just the race, but his life back.
